Bigtone Records ----Facebook Cover Video
Hello Bigtone Records,
You've been Video'd from the Heart. After learning of your studio and feeling so strongly about the work you are doing there in Bristol I wanted show Bigtone Records some love with something you may choose to splash onto your Bigtone Records' Facebook page. Below is my show of heart video for your review, and edits. There is more commentary below the video. But go ahead and watch the video first. |

Facebook Cover Video 1 - Rendered 820 x 312Hi Jon
You may remember me from yesterday, when I left a review at your Facebook page. My name is Renee Conway and I have a small business here in Ohio. My small business is called Videos from the Heart. I'm so delighted with the music I purchased at your site yesterday, and after exploring your facebook page I was thrilled to see what you are doing there at Bigtone Records refurbishing the equipment that is producing these infectious sounds. While keeping an eye on Dean Shot I saw he shared a track you uploaded to Dropbox a week or so back, it was a Harmonica instrumental---I listened to it and I loved it. As you already know, I used this track in your Cover Video that I made for your Bigtone Records Facebook Page. After moving through your page and seeing all the great photos of the old equipment--it was clear to me how special the work is being done at Bigtone Records. Plus, ---what can I say, great music inspires me. I'm actually the great great grand-daughter of Maestro VonKogel of the German Symphony. Pretty cool, right? So music is in my blood, but I still remain a frustrated piano player. LOL ---anyhoo, one of the elements of my business is maestro-ing photos to music in photo slide shows, like memorials and such. I saw you asked for references for a affordable graphic designer to do CD covers. I enjoy graphic design and its not where I excel at the moment. But I would certainly give it a go if you haven't found anyone as yet. Perhaps, instead of payment you can allow me to use some of your great music (with due credit and back links) in my animations---which are far and inbetween. Oh, I am also an armature animator. Anyway, I've been wanting to add Facebook Cover Videos to my Videos from the Heart services, and so I was thinking of giving yours a whirl when I saw all your photos of old equipment in your studio. I love what your studio is about and I would love to be apart of what your doing there ----you're the kind of folks I wanna splash some heart into --- The video above is render in resolution for a Facebook Cover Video. It's downloadable when you hit the play button. You'll see a download arrow in the bottom right hand corner...just hit it and it will start downloading. What makes Facebook Cover Videos popular is so that folks can see what you are about as soon as they come to your page. But the music won't play automatically, they will have to hit the sound icon to hear the music. So the music wouldn't be a distraction, but a choice to viewers. You might say, "Thanks, but no Thanks". And that's, okay. However, if you want to use my work, feel free to download it, or better yet feel free to edit anything to your liking. Just write to me with your ideas on how to make it better, and I'll fix it up to your approval. I wasn't sure of the font you use ---so I improvised with the record I made to add to your video. Keep in mind that this production is a first run ----and FB allows for 20 to 90 seconds of time for the cover videos ---I stretched it right to the limit so we could get more of that great music and use most of those great photos---so I can switch out photos, but can't add any more. Feel free to weigh-in on what you would like to see changed. You could even change the music track if you want. I'm here to make something you will feel proud to have on your page, as I would feel proud to add Bigtone Records added to my body of work. It was a pleasure to work on this production. Either way, you have a fan you can count on, and a patron in future. Facebook Cover Video 2 - Rendered 1080pBelow is a 1080p version that can be used for your website---it shows how the photos I took off your page would translate in this resolution. Keep in mind the speed of the photos here was done to get most of them into the 90 second window for FB---We could do another in this 1080p resolution that could slow down the photos a bit to be used for your website--and perhaps use another music track. If you have any video of yourself working on some of this equipment---we can include that as well. Just something to consider.
